1. What is mobile phlebotomy?
Mobile phlebotomy allows you to have your blood drawn or specimens collected at your home, workplace, or care facility. Our licensed phlebotomists bring the lab to you, making the process more convenient and stress-free.
2. Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service. However, we can provide a receipt you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
3. What areas do you serve?
We currently provide mobile services throughout Kansas City and surrounding areas. If you’re outside this region, please contact us to see if arrangements can be made.
4. Are your phlebotomists certified?
Yes. All of our phlebotomists are professionally trained, certified, and background-checked to ensure safe and accurate collections.
5. How do I prepare for my appointment?
Preparation depends on the test. Some tests may require fasting, avoiding certain medications, or drinking water beforehand. We’ll provide instructions when you schedule your appointment.
6. How soon will my results be available?
Black Heart Federal Solutions does not interpret or release lab results directly. Results are processed by the partnering laboratory and sent to your ordering physician or provider, usually within 24–72 hours depending on the test.
7. Can you work with my doctor or lab?
Yes. We frequently partner with physicians, LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, and other laboratories. We’ll ensure your samples are delivered securely and promptly to your provider’s designated lab.
8. Do you offer services for children or elderly patients?
Yes. We provide pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy, with extra care and patience to make the process as comfortable as possible for all ages.
